Changes have been made to the registration terms for the NeedleBar Forums, and usage of the NeedleBar Picture Library, the NeedleBar Main Site and all other NeedleBar web sites.

Please read the following terms carefully. These terms and conditions are binding in law.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions below, please de-register from the NeedleBar Forums and cease accessing the NeedleBar web sites immediately.

NeedleBar Terms

By accessing the NeedleBar (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “NeedleBar”, “http://needlebar.org/bb2”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use the NeedleBar. Your continued usage of the NeedleBar after any changes to these terms means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

You acknowledge and agree that ALL INFORMATION, PICTURES AND GRAPHICS in the NeedleBar Forums and the NeedleBar Picture Library and NeedleBar Main Site is COPYRIGHTED and is not in the Public Domain. If you use ANYTHING AT ALL from The NeedleBar elsewhere on any web sites, picture-hosting commercial sites or in emails, posts, books, magazines, letters or any other media format, you agree that you will cite the source of the information or picture prominently with "This information courtesy of The NeedleBar group (needlebar.org)" prominently displayed.

You also agree to obtain written permission, in writing, before using substantial portions of information from the NeedleBar.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where the NeedleBar is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us.

The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree that the NeedleBar have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the NeedleBar shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
